I had an absolute blast at this amazing hotel! The friendly staff welcomed me with smiles, and my room was super comfy and clean. Plus, the pools are a splash-tastic way to enjoy sunny days and beach vibes!

Absolutely perfect location close to the event we are going to attend with views of the ocean.

Lovely old and reasonably priced place with WELL-MANNERED staff on shift. Lots of good options for meal. Newly renovated building and rooms with microwave and fridge. Central location to the many restaurants along the street. Adjacent to a grocery store or gas station.

great location but questionable cleanliness

I love that it's super close to the beach. The area has solid places to grab a bite or a drink, and some staff members are genuinely friendly.

Honestly, the cleanliness level left a lot to be desired.

I stayed in this little hotel for 2 days, had really really nice experience, truly enjoyed its perfect location very close to the beach, grocery store liquor store. The staff was caring and accommodating, everything was good.

We found massive roaches lurking around and the pool was pretty grimy. The staff took forever to respond when we needed help because someone forgot to put up the sign. It definitely felt like we were not a priority.

We got a room with bathtubs.

Location is key. Steps from the beach and close to restaurants, this place excels in convenience. The breakfast far exceeded expectations with a self-serve buffet. Staff was friendly and accommodating, allowing early check-in. some issues arose. The room cleanliness didn't meet standards—cockroaches were a concern, and maintenance did not respond effectively to a severe odor. The advertised indoor pool was inaccessible. Communication could improve; I received no follow-up from management after raising my concerns. While the essentials are covered, including a clean lobby and 24-hour coffee, the experience was marred by several hiccups.

The bed was surprisingly comfortable for a hotel, providing a good night's sleep. There was a partial ocean view, which added to the experience. the cleanliness left something to be desired; the carpet looked worn and dirty. While everything was quiet by 11 PM, the lack of towels initially was an inconvenience. The mini-fridge was adequately sized for snacks, and I appreciated the variety offered at breakfast, even though I didn’t partake.

Location is stunning, property is fairly clean and breakfast is amazing. Late check out.

Just a suitable option for a city holiday in Galveston, great for the money. Breakfast was exceptional.

Beachfront Palms Hotel Galveston boasts an ideal location, just steps away from the sandy shores. The friendly staff was attentive, and maintenance support was efficient when needed. I truly enjoyed the convenience of having the beach at my doorstep for an unforgettable getaway.

The very simple breakfast, only few options.

The staff were friendly & helpful during our romantic escape, making us feel welcome. The breakfast provided was decent, and the birds singing in the palm trees at night created a serene atmosphere for us to enjoy. The key location offered us easy access to the beach and nearby attractions that we loved exploring together.

The cleanliness of the rooms left much to be desired. We noticed black mold on the ceilings and found the carpets to be dirty, leaving the bottoms of our feet grimy.
